Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience Requirements

• Previous customer service, merchandising, retail, or delivery experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Job Duties

• Service assigned customer accounts according to company standards and policies
• Drive to customer locations and provide account support as needed
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Assist with product deliveries, merchandising, stocking, and inventory replenishment
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Communicate with supervisors regarding shortages, returns, customer concerns, and operational issues
• Prepare pallets, trays, damaged products, and customer returns for pickup
• Support sales initiatives, account programs, and promotional activities
• Maintain professional conduct and deliver excellent customer service
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and complete additional duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, move, and handle products and merchandise throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Ability to travel to multiple customer locations daily
• Flexibility to work weekends or additional hours when needed
