Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. This role is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers on the sales floor, explaining product features and benefits, processing transactions, and assisting with returns and exchanges. The Retail Sales Specialist will help maintain merchandise displays, ensure stock levels are adequate, and keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet sales targets, supporting promotional activities, and providing feedback on customer preferences and product trends.
