As an M&D All Star Sales Associate, you'll work on a team to help customers, stock merchandise, and keep the store organized. Hardware experience is NOT required. We're looking for dependable people with a can-do, will-do attitude who are excited to learn and help customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide exceptional customer service to help our customers find what they need
- Learn about hardware, tools, and home improvement products
- Stock and organize merchandise
- Move constantly with very little stationary time
- Keep the store clean and safe
- Work with a team
- Follow directions from supervisors
- Lift and move merchandise
- Work weekends/holidays as scheduled
