Main Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive and friendly attitude
- Help customers find products and introduce new items
- Inform customers about sales, discounts, and promotions
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction
- Stock and organize the selling floor to keep it neat and fully stocked
- Handle returns and customer inquiries efficiently
- Work closely with team members to deliver outstanding service
- Closing up the store
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent recommended
- Experience in retail sales or related roles is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with visual merchandising and stocking shelves
- Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset
- Can lift up to 60 lbs
