Retail Sales Lead

Our Dover, NH team needs a results-motivated go-getter to train staff on the best sales practices and latest product knowledge. You don't need to be a firearms expert as long as you have a team spirit, a heart for customer service, and a motivation to keep growing and improving!

Retail Sales Lead Snapshot:

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, with some weekday and weekend work required

What We're Looking For:

• Talent for motivating staff and ensuring individual accountability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to make sound operational decisions
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs and retail operational systems, such as a POS
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - preferred
• Experience in a customer service, retail sales, or retail leadership position - preferred

The Work You'll Do As Our Retail Sales Lead:

• Deliver one-on-one guidance and training to sales staff and range safety officers
• Coach team members on effective sales strategies and deepen their product knowledge
• Assist with the day-to-day operational and customer service activities
• Set team schedules and onboard new employees
• Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Discipline employees when appropriate
• Enhance the member experience and drive success for our business
