We are seeking Retail Sales Education Specialists for 3 open positions across Dallas/Fort Worth TX, San Francisco/Bay Area CA, and Los Angeles CA (515 Shatto Place).
**Role Overview**
The Retail Sales Education Specialist is responsible for overall B&M (brick and mortar) sales growth and retail partners' brand training within their assigned region. This is a part-time contract field role covering approximately 30 hours per week, including 2–3 desk days. The specialist works directly with retail partners (Sephora, ULTA, Macy's, etc.) to drive brand education, in-store activations, and sales performance.

- Position 1: Dallas, TX 75225 — Dallas Retail Stores
- Position 2: San Francisco / Bay Area, CA — Retail Stores
- Position 3: Los Angeles, CA — 515 Shatto Place
**Key Responsibilities**
- Report to National Field Manager on regional sales growth strategies and in-store activations
- Drive retail partner brand training and B&M sales growth
- Support elevated in-store events, retailer-led events, and branded promotions
- Submit weekly field activity reports
- Interact with employees across all departments
**Requirements**
- Experience as a Beauty Advisor with retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, or Macy's
- Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel up to 50 miles one-way
- Ability to work flexible schedule, 30 hours/week in the field
- Proficiency in Excel and Word for reporting
- Strong communication and presentation skills for brand training
**Nice to Have**
- Experience in haircare products and education
- Prior brand ambassador or field sales representative experience
