Role Description The Retail Sales Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Smith, AR. This position is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations to support an efficient and positive shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, stocking and organizing merchandise, and maintaining clean, orderly sales floors and displays. The Retail Sales Clerk will answer customer questions, share accurate product information, and communicate store promotions while following all company policies and procedures. This role also involves collaborating with team members to meet sales goals, completing basic inventory tasks, and supporting other store operations as needed.
