Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to drive sales and satisfaction
- Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and preferences
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and dressing room
- Restock shelves, racks and manage inventory to ensure product availability
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism
Requirements:- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Able to work in a environment alone.
- Comfortable with opening and closing the store
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping customers
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
