Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to drive sales and satisfaction
• Recommend and upsell products based on customer needs and preferences
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Restock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and experience with POS systems is a plus
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering great experiences
