The Role - What You'll Do
As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you're the heart of the front desk — welcoming clients, managing scheduling and check-ins, and guiding new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a proven, relationship-focused sales process. You'll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on-brand. If you love talking to people — and love listening even more — this role was made for you.
Who You Are - What We're Looking For
Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required — we'll train the right person.
Compensation & Benefits What We Offer
Competitive hourly pay ($18.50 – $21.50 based on experience), monthly performance bonuses based on conversion targets, and commission on Wellness Program sales. Full-time employees receive medical insurance, plus every team member enjoys a complimentary monthly massage.
