Retail Sales Associate – Cricket Wireless
Compensation: $18.50 per hour + Uncapped Commissions + Daily Bonuses
High-performing team members have the opportunity to earn up to $7,000 per month through a combination of base pay, commissions, and performance bonuses.

Job Overview:
We are hiring motivated and outgoing Retail Sales Associates to join our Cricket Wireless retail team in California.
If you enjoy talking to people, helping customers, and earning more based on your performance, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in wireless retail.
Previous wireless experience is helpful but not required. We provide training and opportunities for internal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with Cricket Wireless products, plans, promotions, and services
- Recommend phones, accessories, and wireless solutions based on customer needs
- Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Process activations, upgrades, payments, and customer transactions
- Maintain strong knowledge of current products and promotions
- Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready
- Assist with inventory and merchandising
- Follow company policies and operational procedures
- Work closely with store management and team members to achieve store goals

- Previous wireless or retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly preferred
Travel Requirement:
Important: Employees may be required to work at or travel to different store locations based on business needs. Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between nearby locations may be required.
