Retail Sales Associate – Cricket Wireless

Compensation: $10–$15 per hour + Uncapped Commissions + Daily Bonuses

High-performing team members have the opportunity to earn $5,000+ per month through a combination of base pay, commissions, and performance bonuses.

Job Overview:

We are hiring motivated and outgoing Retail Sales Associates to join our Cricket Wireless retail team in Houston, TX.

If you enjoy talking to people, helping customers, and earning more based on your performance, this can be a great opportunity to build a long-term career in wireless retail.

Previous wireless experience is helpful but not required. We provide training and opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with Cricket Wireless products, plans, promotions, and services
• Recommend phones, accessories, and wireless solutions based on customer needs
• Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Process activations, upgrades, payments, and other customer transactions
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on current promotions
• Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Assist with inventory and merchandising
• Follow company policies and operational procedures
• Work closely with store management and team members to achieve store goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales-driven and motivated to earn commissions
• Positive and professional attitude
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Dependable and punctual
• Willing to learn and accept coaching
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends when required
• Wireless or retail sales experience is preferred but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Travel Requirement:

Important: Employees may be required to work at or travel to different store locations based on business needs. Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between nearby locations may be required.
