Now Hiring: General Store Sales Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available)
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with genuine hospitality and product knowledge
Engage guests with enthusiasm, introduce featured products, and build genuine connections that lead to sales.
Take initiative in driving sales through upselling, cross-promotions, and personalized product recommendations.
Bring a positive attitude, professionalism, and enthusiasm to every shift
Operate the sales register, handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and priced
Support store opening and closing duties, including reconciliation and preparation
Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet sales goals
Assist with store organization, inventory, and product rotation
Uphold Hyman’s brand standards and deliver excellent customer service every day
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person
Friendly, approachable, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated by sales results and enjoys earning commission through great service and guest engagement.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
Team-player mindset and willingness to learn

Hourly pay: $15 to $17/hour + commission opportunities
