Our client is seeking a polished and client-focused Retail Sales Associate to support a contemporary women's fashion boutique in Beverly Hills.

Our client is a contemporary women's fashion brand known for their elevated, modern style. They are currently looking to add a Retail Sales Associate to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative Retail team and provide a personalized, high-quality shopping experience.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a polished and client-focused Retail Sales Associate to support a contemporary women's fashion boutique in Beverly Hills. This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone with previous women's retail experience who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about delivering an elevated client experience. The schedule is Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Sunday, 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:

• Provide exceptional client service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Maintain strong knowledge of women's products and brand offerings.
• Support daily sales floor operations and ensure the store is visually maintained.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and organization of the sales floor.
• Build rapport with clients and support ongoing customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve store goals and maintain brand standards.
• Perform additional retail sales associate duties as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Retail Sales Associate:

• 1 - 2 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Previous women's retail experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client-focused attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Weekend availability is required.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion retail.
• Strong product knowledge and an interest in women's fashion.
• Experience providing personalized customer service and supporting sales goals.
