NOW HIRING: Retail Sales Agronomist– Ag Chemical, Fertilizer & Seed Sales - Jackson County, MN

GPAC has partnered with a top-rated Agriculture Company looking to add a qualified Retail Agronomy Sales Advisor to their team.

Are you an experienced Sales Agronomist with a strong background in agricultural sales? We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our team and help growers maximize crop health, yields, and profitability.

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll work directly with growers, farmers, farm managers, and agricultural operations to provide expert recommendations and sell a full portfolio of crop protection chemicals, fertilizers, and seed.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and agricultural customers
• Scout fields and provide recommendations for pest, disease, and weed management
• Sell and promote crop protection products, fertilizers, and seed
• Develop new business while growing existing accounts
• Provide agronomic solutions tailored to each grower’s needs
• Stay current on crop production practices, products, regulations, and industry trends
• Work closely with customers throughout the growing season to help optimize yields and profitability

 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, and crop protection.
• A current book of business or established business relationships within the industry highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crop production and pest management
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop a customer base
• Sales-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Agricultural degree or related experience preferred
• Must currently reside in the U.S. and have a valid U.S. driving license
• The company will consider relocation assistance for the right candidate
