As a Retail Safety Barricade Installation Specialist, you’ll arrive when shoppers head home, install and remove containment barriers with precision, and partner closely with store leaders to keep projects on track—without disrupting daytime operations.

A Night in the Life

• Set up and take down retail barricades in alignment with company specifications and site plans.
• Verify that every barrier is anchored correctly and fully compliant with applicable safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with store management to determine optimal placement, layout, and visual design.
• Conduct routine checks on barricades; document and escalate any defects or issues.
• Work swiftly and neatly during nighttime hours to avoid interfering with store traffic.
• Keep the job site tidy, organized, and free of debris at all times.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with teammates and store personnel.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in installation or maintenance is preferred.
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
• Meticulous attention to detail with solid problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts, including some weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and operate in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

Schedule & Environment

This role is primarily overnight to minimize operational disruption for our retail partners. You should be prepared for physical work, including lifting and maneuvering materials, and for occasional exposure to different weather conditions when accessing or transporting equipment.
