is an excellent opportunity for someone with approximately 3 to 5 years of

multiple responsibilities while delivering exceptional service to tenants and
property owners.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of a

contact for tenant questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Coordinate maintenance,
repairs, vendor services, and property improvements.

operating expenses, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
- Monitor lease compliance and
assist with lease administration, renewals, and tenant coordination.
- Review vendor performance and
ensure projects are completed on time.
- Maintain accurate property
records and documentation.
- Take a proactive approach to
identifying property needs and resolving issues before they escalate.
Qualifications- Approximately 3 to 5 years of
commercial property management experience, with direct retail property management
experience required.
- Experience managing shopping
centers, strip centers, neighborhood retail centers, or other retail
commercial properties.
- Familiarity with property
management and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Yardi, or RealPage
preferred.
- Strong communication skills and
a genuine enjoyment of working face-to-face with tenants, owners, and
vendors.
- Comfortable conducting regular
property visits and managing operations in the field.
- Understanding of commercial
leases, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and property operating
expenses.
- Excellent organizational skills
with the ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities.
- Self-motivated,
detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
We
are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the people side of property
management. Someone who likes walking properties, visiting tenants, building
relationships, and making sure everything runs smoothly. If you enjoy being hands-on, building
relationships, and taking pride in the properties you manage, we would love to
hear from you.
