Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Product Manager with a strong background in the
Retail domain and expertise in
Cloud Data Products. The ideal candidate will have experience driving data product strategy, collaborating with engineering and analytics teams, and delivering scalable data solutions using platforms such as
Databricks and BI tools like
Tableau. A solid understanding of data architecture, analytics, and cloud technologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for cloud-based data products.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, data engineering, and analytics teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Drive the development of data products using platforms such as Databricks.
- Work closely with BI teams to deliver reporting and dashboards using Tableau or similar visualization tools.
- Translate business requirements into product features and user stories.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage Agile ceremonies throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define product KPIs and monitor product performance using data-driven insights.
- Partner with retail business teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer experiences.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and scalability of cloud data solutions.
- Coordinate product releases and communicate progress to cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven experience in the Retail domain.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Data Products and modern data platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Databricks.
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.
- Good understanding of SQL, data warehousing, ETL, data lakes, and analytics.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
