Do you enjoy taking complex processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and turning them into clear, easy-to-follow procedures that others can understand and use?Corda Credit Union is looking for a Retail Process Specialist to join our team and play an important role in making sure our retail procedures are accurate, efficient, consistent, and easy for our employees to use.What You'll DoWrite, maintain, and improve retail procedures that are clear, accurate, and practical.Analyze different ways to complete a task and recommend effective best practices.Regularly review existing procedures to ensure they remain accurate and effective.Identify process gaps, deficiencies, and opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.Participate in the rollout of new products, services, systems, and technology by helping test processes and developing the procedures and resources needed for a successful launch.
