As a Retail Merchandiser, you’ll ensure products are well-stocked, correctly displayed, and store sections look appealing according to planograms. You’ll work closely with store staff to keep shelves organized and visually attractive, supporting local grocery locations.

What You'll Do
As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for

• Stocking and replenishing products at your assigned locations.
• Arranging merchandise according to provided planograms and schematics.
• Executing store resets, updating product displays, and replacing price tags as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and assisting staff with inventory placement.
• Traveling daily/weekly between stores in Waltham, Burlington, Belmont, Cambridge, and Somerville.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• High school diploma or equivalent, with verifiable work references.
• Prior experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, or warehouse work preferred.
• Reliable transportation for daily travel between your route locations.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and proactive communication.
