Job Title: Retail Merchandiser
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday Thursday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

We are currently hiring for standard daytime merchandising routes to support local Shaw's and Star Market locations. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will ensure products are well-stocked, correctly displayed, and store sections are visually appealing according to planograms.
What You'll Do
As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for
Stock and replenish products across your assigned route locations.
Arrange merchandise according to provided planograms and schematics.
Execute store resets, update product displays, and replace price tags as needed.
Maintain store cleanliness and assist staff with inventory placement.
Travel daily/weekly between assigned stores in Chestnut Hill, Dedham, Quincy, Hyde Park, and West Roxbury.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
High school diploma or equivalent, with verifiable work references.
Prior experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, or warehouse work preferred.
Reliable transportation for daily travel between assigned route locations.
Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift during 8-hour shifts.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and proactive communication.
