We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for daily operation of the store. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales & profitability goals, and manage staff effectively. The ideal candidate will be familiar with smoking/vaping products and have purchasing, inventory, or retail management experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Meet monthly sales and profitability goals
- Creating social media content for the store
- Training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Point of contact for customer and employee concerns
- Additional store manager duties as needed
