Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to engage with homeowners at retail locations, home shows, community events, and local promotions. This is a proactive lead generation role focused on starting conversations, overcoming objections, and generating qualified appointments for our sales team. This is
not a receptionist or administrative scheduling position.What You'll Do- Engage with homeowners and generate qualified leads
- Initiate conversations and identify potential customers
- Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team
- Represent our brand professionally at events and retail locations
- Meet and exceed lead generation goals
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Travel to assigned retail locations and events within the local territory
Compensation & Benefits- $20 per hour starting pay
- Guaranteed 20–30 hours per week
- $100 bonus for every qualified appointment that results in a completed consultation

Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of lead generation, appointment setting, canvassing, retail sales, event marketing, or cold outreach experience required
- Proven ability to approach and engage strangers in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience generating leads and setting appointments from face-to-face interactions
- Sales, canvassing, brand ambassador, kiosk sales, home improvement, or event marketing experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable handling objections and initiating conversations with potential customers
- Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality
- Weekend availability required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Riverside, CA
