Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience.
• 3+ years of retail management or leadership experience.
• Experience with merchandising and visual presentation.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret reports and implement operational improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
