    Day in the Role

    Picture your morning reviewing the shipping plan and assigning pick tickets so the floor can get moving. Before lunch, you’ve scheduled carrier routings, cleared your inbox, and prioritized past-due orders. By afternoon, you’re confirming labels for off-price market orders, reconciling delayed transfers or purchase orders, and pushing to meet routing and timeline requirements. You’ll wrap by running daily metrics, preparing performance updates, and ensuring any missed shipments are addressed.

    What You’ll Own

    • Print and distribute daily pick tickets to the team.
    • Schedule and request shipping routings to meet customer commitments.
    • Monitor and respond to email inquiries quickly and professionally.
    • Arrange labeling needs for off-price market orders.
    • Plan and prioritize upcoming and past-due orders.
    • Process group orders with accuracy and speed.
    • Follow up on delayed transfers or purchase orders to remove blockers.
    • Check status of past-due orders and expedite inventory when necessary.
    • Run operational metrics and prepare performance reports.
    • Track and resolve missed shipments.
    • Consistently meet shipping, routing, and timeline requirements.
    • Follow all company policies, rules, and regulations.
    • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
    • Computer savvy with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Epicor experience is a plus.
    • Clear, effective verbal and written communication.
    • Strength in leadership, problem solving, and teamwork.
    • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
    • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
    • High school diploma (minimum).
