NG Windows is looking for energetic, motivated Brand Ambassadors to help grow our presence in the Nashville market!

This isn't your typical retail job. You'll get to meet new people every day, work in a fun, engaging environment, and earn bonuses simply by connecting interested homeowners with our sales team.

• $18-$20/hour starting pay, based on experience
• $16 for every qualified lead you generate
• Additional $50-$150 bonuses when your leads become sales

The more qualified leads you generate, the more you can earn!

For example, generating 5-10 qualified leads in a shift could mean an additional $80-$160 in lead bonuses, on top of your hourly pay. And when those leads turn into sales, you can earn even more!

Actual earnings vary based on performance and qualified leads generated.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll represent NG Windows at popular retail locations and community events throughout the Nashville area, introducing homeowners to our window and door products and services.

Your role is simple: Start conversations. Build interest. Generate qualified leads.

• Engage shoppers and event attendees in friendly, natural conversations
• Introduce homeowners to NG Windows and the services we offer
• Generate qualified leads and help schedule appointments for our sales team
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals
• Represent our company with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Track customer interactions and communicate regularly with your team

Experience in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, promotions, event marketing, or lead generation is a plus, but not required.

A Few Important Requirements

• Must be available to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned Nashville-area retail and event locations (mileage is not reimbursed)
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods
• Must be willing and able to work at indoor and outdoor events in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely, as trained
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate customer records
