Retail & Delivery Specialist

Full-Time | Earn up to $19.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck for scheduled donation pickups and deliveries.
• Serve as a friendly, professional ambassador of The Arc during residential and business donation pickups.
• Load, unload, and transport donated furniture, household goods, appliances, and merchandise.
• Receive, sort, stock, and organize donations.
• Create attractive merchandise displays to help maximize sales.
• Test donated electronics and appliances before sale.
• Schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to shoppers, donors, volunteers, and customers.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck.
• Retail, warehouse, logistics, delivery, moving, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience operating a POS system/cash register preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull 75+ pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to pass required background screenings and maintain a drug-free workplace.
