Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate to assist customers in selecting and purchasing our delicious offerings while providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate is passionate about sweets, possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys engaging with people of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs and preferences
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, including information on ingredients, flavors, and special dietary options
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Answer customer inquiries in person providing friendly and helpful assistance
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with coworkers and supporting each other as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Passion for sweets and enthusiasm for sharing that passion with others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and some holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
