We’re looking for outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members who enjoy helping people and being part of their community. Previous hardware experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and help them find the right products and solutions for their projects.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and other transactions using our point-of-sale system.
• Learn products and departments throughout the store so you can confidently assist customers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and ready for customers.
• Work as part of the team, cross-train in different areas, and pitch in wherever needed.
• Stay active throughout your shift, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, using ladders, and safely lifting or moving merchandise up to 50 pounds.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age.
• Friendly, helpful, and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable team player with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using point-of-sale systems and other store technology.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, cashier, or hardware experience is a plus, but not required.

A valid driver’s license is required only when job duties include operating a company vehicle.
