Known for its high percentage of repeat business, the company specializes in design-build projects across automotive, retail, aviation, industrial, and commercial sectors, delivering projects ranging from $10M to $25M on average.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from estimating and preconstruction through final closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reportsLead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration effortsPrepare and review project estimates, proposals, and scopes of workCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams throughout the project lifecycleOversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationConduct regular jobsite visits to support project progress, quality, and safety initiativesManage owner billing, subcontractor payments, and project financial performanceIdentify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfactionEnsure successful project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, as-builts, and occupancy documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
