We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Retail Bank Branch Manager opportunity with a nationally recognized Bank—a 5-star rated financial institution that has grown to $7 billion in assets by remaining true to its mission of delivering exceptional service and innovative banking solutions.
 
The Branch Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Managing daily branch operations, including client service, sales, security, and compliance. 
  • Hiring, training, and developing staff. 
  • Developing and executing sales strategies while building strong client relationships. 
  • Monitoring branch performance and market trends. 
  • Driving branch profitability and achieving financial goals. 
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
Required qualifications for the position include: 
  • Proven sales ability with a track record of driving and documenting branch growth. 
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a branch banking environment. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of branch management experience. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex business and consumer accounts. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team building and customer service. 
  • Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of employees. 
Pay Rate Range:  $74,880 -107,525/ year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
