Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, up-to-date product knowledge to gift shop customers
- Take customer orders and process transactions
- Operate the retail POS system
- Handle cash accurately
- Resolve minor customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Deliver premium hospitality and customer service
- Restock shelves and rotate merchandise
- Perform light daily cleaning
- Operate bottle engraving equipment when assigned
- Answer gift shop phone calls and accurately relay messages
- Assist with floor resets as needed
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Monitor supply levels and report needs to leadership
- Communicate inventory questions or needs to the inventory specialist
- Maintain presentation and organization of the gift shop throughout the day
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality or customer service
Age
- Must be at least 21 years old
Schedule
- Availability to work 2–3 weekends per month, holidays, and evenings (when open)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Ability to move, bend, and reach as required
