Retail Associate

As a Retail Associate you will greet customers, deliver exceptional service with courtesy, and handle inquiries. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service and customer experience.Your success looks like supporting team members and customers during every interaction.

Your Responsibilities:  

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the brand and “The Irving” customer experience standards

• Greet customers, including answering phones, provides clients with the highest level of customer service that is uniquely Irving demonstrated through a courteous demeanor, and outstand service

• Scan products, receive and process all payment transactions according to standard procedures and helping customers use processing equipment

• Handle customer inquiries or complaints in line with policies and procedures

• Keep track of all cash/ credit transactions, count cash intake and perform audits (daily, weekly, and monthly) ensuring cash/ credit intake equals receipts

• Assist in keeping the maintenance of the store and stocking shelves as needed

Your Skills:  

• Basic math skills

• Attention to detail

• Customer service 

Your Experience:  

• 2 years in a customer service role

• G.E.D or equivalent 

The expected hourly range for this position is $16.00-$20.00. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
