SUMMARY

A Retail Associate is responsible for assisting guests as they shop in our boutiques.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and engaging with guests as they enter the store

• Assessing guests needs

• Working with cash registers and processing payments

• Attaining sales goals

• Communicating about sales and promotions

• Using upselling techniques to increase store sales

• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. • Knowledge of Resort Suite - training to be provided

• Basic math skills

• Ability to use a cash register

• Possess a strong level of professionalism while at work

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Approaches challenging guest interactions with calm presence, empathy, and thoughtful communication.

• Previous Retail experience preferred

Education and Experience:

• High School Education
• 1 Year Retail Experience preferred

• Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds
• Use of ladder and stepladder
