What You'll Do- Greet every customer with warmth and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
- Guide customers through product selections with confidence and product knowledge.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and keep the store organized and well-stocked.
- Assist with inventory replenishment and support daily store operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
What We're Looking For- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling cash and point-of-sale transactions.
- Reliable with open availability, including weekends.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in luxury, home goods, or specialty retail.
- Interest in interior design, home décor, or visual merchandising.
Schedule- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Day shift: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- No late evenings
- Weekend availability required
