Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•\tProvide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries
•\tMaintain strong knowledge of tactical apparel and gear (training provided)
•\tOperate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
•\tAssist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising
•\tKeep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
•\tSupport team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
•\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills
•\tSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently
•\tDependable, reliable, and punctual
•\tWillingness to learn and develop product knowledge
•\tBasic computer skills; NetSuite experience is a plus
•\tTactical or military/law enforcement background is a plus
Requirements:
•\tAbility to pass a drug test and background check
•\tAbility to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed
