What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the team

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining top talent

• Creating a positive and engaging team culture

• Driving sales performance and delivering store goals

• Leading by example to provide exceptional customer experiences

• Supporting daily store operations, inventory management, and merchandising

• Maintaining high visual presentation standards

• Assisting with scheduling, payroll, and operational compliance

• Previous retail leadership experience

• A passion for developing people and building strong teams

• Experience recruiting, hiring, or onboarding team members

• Strong communication and coaching skills
