What You'll Do

• Assist with daily store operations and overall store performance
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Train, coach, and support new and existing employees
• Help create staff schedules and maintain efficient workflows
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Ensure the sales floor remains organized, stocked, and welcoming
• Support inventory management and operational standards
• Assume leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
• Retail, restaurant, hospitality, banking, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, organized, and customer-focused
• Valid driver's license required
• Experience with sales goals, budgeting, or P&L reporting is a plus
