Responsibilities
- Supervise and support retail staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Deliver excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts
- Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash management
- Train new and existing staff on store policies and procedures
