Resupply Customer Service Representative (On The Job Training) (Full-Time) (Monday - Friday 8Am To 5Pm)

The PAP Supply Rep maintains the PAP resupply program by creating Insurance campaigns and then monitors them to make sure the calls are being completed, the templates are kept up to date and the patient files connected to the templates are accurate. Verifies insurance eligibility and collects any deductibles and copays that are necessary before allowing the order to be shipped or to be picked up by the patient. Follows up on all flagged responses that the system creates and either processes the order after resolving or sends the note on to the RT to address.
