Restroom CustodianLocation: Big Pine Key, FL 33043Job Type: Part-time onlyDays: Thursday and SaturdayHours: 3-hour shift between 6 am to 9 am or 4 pm to 8 pmSalary: $25.42 Responsibilities: Including but not limited toFloorsSweep and wet mop all restroom floors.Remove dirt, mud, dust, insects, debris, and shoe scuff marks.Clean corners and edges where debris accumulates.Toilets and UrinalsClean and disinfect all toilets and the urinal, including bowls, rims, seats, lids, exterior surfaces, and flush handles.Replace urinal deodorizer as needed.Sinks and CountertopsClean and disinfect all sinks, faucets, and countertops.Remove soap residue, water spots, fingerprints, and stains.MirrorsClean all mirrors using glass cleaner.Leave surfaces streak-free and smudge-free.Stalls and DoorsClean and disinfect stall partitions, doors, handles, latches, and entrance door handles.Remove fingerprints, dirt, and grime from interior and exterior surfaces.Trash and Sanitary WasteEmpty all trash receptacles.Empty sanitary disposal bins and replace liners.Replace trash liners as necessary.Dispose of waste in the designated dumpster.Restocking Maintain adequate supplies of: Toilet paper (including spare roll in each dispenser)Paper towelsLiquid soapSanitary disposal linersWallsSpot clean walls to remove dirt, spider webs, insects, and marks.Disinfect high-touch wall surfaces as needed.Requirements & Experience: Must have one year experience High school diploma or GED. The ability to pass a background check.The ability to work as part of a team. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to stand, bend and squat for extended periods.
