All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health, justice and hope. The Restorative Justice Facilitation Coordinator contributes to our mission by promoting healing, accountability, and justice through restorative practices, fostering inclusive and compassionate communities, building collaborative partnerships, and advocating for systemic change. This occurs through the intake and coordination of restorative justice services, as well as by engaging in restorative justice interventions for less complex cases. This 25-hour-per-week position offers a flexible work schedule. Hours are primarily Monday through Friday, with some Saturday availability required. Since we serve youth and families, work is often scheduled during after-school hours, early evenings, and occasional Saturday mornings or afternoons. Staff have the autonomy to adjust their schedules as needed while maintaining effective case management, client engagement, and program responsiveness.
