PuroClean Charleston is expanding and seeking a motivated, dependable Technician to support residential and commercial restoration projects. We are seeking both experienced and entry-level applicants, with training and certifications available. You'll work closely with the Project Manager to help homes and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage - and build technical skills for a long-term career in the restoration industry.

Core Responsibilities:
- Assist with water extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning, and mold remediation.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.).
- Maintain clean job sites and safe working conditions.
- Accurately record moisture readings, job notes, and daily progress.
- Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors.
- Follow IICRC standards, safety policies, and company procedures.
- Be available for after-hours or weekend emergency calls (rotating schedule).
Qualifications:
- No prior restoration experience required - training provided.
- Construction, cleaning, or labor experience a plus.
- Non-negotiables: Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and background check required (insurance rules may affect eligibility).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions (attics, crawlspaces, outdoor environments).
