What is it like to be a Cleaning TechnicianRestoration Technician at ServiceMaster DSI?
ServiceMaster DSI is the largest ServiceMaster franchise in the world. We provide restoration in Downers Grove, IL, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a skilled carpet tile upholstery and air duct cleaning technician. Must have experience and knowledge on cleaning carpet tile and grout upholstery and air duct cleaning. Must also have knowledge using a portable or truck mounted unit.
Cross training will be provided as a Restoration Technician in water, fire, and mold during slower working times. Job assignments can include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack-ins, and content cleaning.
As a Cleaning TechnicianRestoration Technician, your role on the Team is to:
• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers. • Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service. • Become proficient in upsells and maintaining a client base. • We love repeat clients.

• Carpet Tile & Grout Upholstery Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning • Usage of portable or truck mounted unit • Good communication skills • Valid Drivers License with reliable transportation • Able to move and/or lift 50 lbs. • Must pass drug and background check • Previous restoration experience is a plus
