Lead a mitigation crew on water, fire, and mold losses for SERVPRO of Sugar Land.
What you own in your first 90 days- Run your jobs from first arrival to final walkthrough: extraction, demo, drying setup, monitoring, and equipment pickup.
- Lead and coach one to three technicians on site, and set the pace and the standard.
- Document every job the same day: moisture readings, photos, drying logs, and notes.
- Be the face of the job for the customer. Explain what is happening and what comes next, and keep your word.
- Keep your truck, equipment, and job sites clean, stocked, and safe.
- Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours losses.
What we require- Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last three years.
- Restoration experience, or hands-on trade experience that transfers, such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, carpentry, or field service.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to work on-call and irregular hours.
- Drug-free.
- Physically able to do field work.
- Clear, professional communication with customers.
Nice to have, not required. We train and certify.- IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT, or AMRT
- Experience leading a crew
- Moisture meters, drying equipment, and job documentation software
