    Overview
    As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    ·        Oversee and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control 
    ·        Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction. Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
    ·        Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided 
    ·        Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
    ·        Communicate  progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
    ·        Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
    ·        Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
    ·        Coach and train restoration technicians

    Pay starts at $20 - 25 an hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay.
