What You’ll Do:
• Lead restoration crews on water & fire jobs.
• Ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team.


What You Need:
Valid driver’s license
1+ year restoration experience
Able to lift 50 lbs & work in hands‑on environments
IICRC a plus (not required)
