Description
A top restoration company is looking for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will provide leadership, structure, coaching, and accountability to the sales team while helping drive continued revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience.
- At least 3+ years of restoration industry experience in sales/ business development
- Ability to build, develop, and maintain strong business relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals, develop a pipeline, and produce measurable business results.
- Ability to coach, mentor, motivate, and hold sales team members accountable for performance and activity expectations.
- Ensure clear communication between customer and client to achieve the highest satisfaction possible.
- Ensure job processes and procedures are followed, including safety training and guidelines.
- Ability to develop sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales team.
