Restoration Rebuild Large Loss Project Manager

As a Lg. Loss Project Mgr, you are a key team member responsible for handholding large loss projects and the creation of estimates for insurance companies. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, possess an eye for detail, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Experienced with insurance industry estimate software platforms.

Specific Responsibilities:

• You are proficient in water restoration, fire damage procedures and construction knowledge for estimate creation.
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all estimates and rebuild projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Respond to inquires and make appropriate corrections to estimates according to Rainbow International's process.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
• Knowledge in local governing bodies for permitting and licensing issues.
• Hands on management of projects and budgets throughout their lifespan.
• Disciplined and structured to adhere to scheduling.

Our Ideal Candidate would possess these, but is not limited to,:

• Restoration and construction knowledge.
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Xactimate experience.
• Symbility experience.
• IICRC Certifications.

Our dispatching office is located in Hillsborough NJ, candidate will have to report to this location daily. Salary rate to align with experience.
