Restoration Project Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and organized Restoration Project Manager to oversee projects from emergency mitigation through final reconstruction. This is a unique dual role position that provides oversight during the mitigation phase before transitioning into coordinating subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and customer communication throughout reconstruction. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with customers throughout the restoration process.
  • Provide oversight of mitigation projects, ensuring documentation, dry logs, and project progress are accurate before reconstruction begins.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, permits, inspections, and project schedules during reconstruction.
  • Review project estimates, budgets, and supplements using Xactimate.
  • Communicate with homeowners, insurance carriers, adjusters, and Third-Party

Administrators (TPAs)

  • Perform routine job site visits to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with a dedicated ServiceMaster Administrative Coordinator for scheduling, technician coordination, documentation, and customer communication so you can focus on successfully managing projects.
  • Lead projects from initial loss through final walkthrough and completion.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in restoration, construction, insurance claims, or project management.
  • Understanding of residential construction and property restoration.
  • Xactimate experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with mitigation, reconstruction, or insurance restoration is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
